Director of Operations

Kris Rightmire joined BCPE as an Administrative Assistant to help process the growing number of certification applications. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Community Health at Western Washington University, Kris assumed the role of BCPE Executive Administrator in January 1999. She went on to study Business Management, completing a certificate program that included courses in technical communications, business operations, human resources and accounting.

Now Director of Operations, Kris is responsible for the successful operational management of BCPE.  Her background and extended history with BCPE give her valuable business insight and a unique perspective as processes and platforms change.

In 2018, Kris had the distinction of being honored by the Board of Directors for her 25 years of outstanding service to the organization.
