Director

Kari Babski-Reeves is the Larry G Brown Professor and Head for the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, and the Associate Dean for the Bagley College of Engineering at Mississippi State University (MSU). She is also the IRB chair for MSU and co-directs the Human Systems Engineering Laboratory within ISE. Kari’s research interests are primarily related to the prevention and control of musculoskeletal disorders and fatigue assessment. Prior to joining MSU in 2006, she served on the faculty within the Grado Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Virginia Tech. She received her BS, MS, and PhD degrees in Industrial Engineering from MSU. She has served on the NIOSH Occupational Safety and Health review panel and the NORA Council for Musculoskeletal Disorders.
