Jennifer is the Ergonomics Practice Leader for Lockton Southeast and has over 18 years of consulting and leadership experience in multiple industry sectors with an approach that emphasizes organizational culture, emerging risks, collaborative teams, workplace/occupant design, wellness and sustainability. She has a MS in Biological Engineering with a concentration in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University and is pursuing a doctorate degree from the University of Missouri in Architectural Studies, Human Behavior & Environment. Jennifer has contributed to various industry speaking events, newsletters and publications, including NSC’s Accident Prevention Manual for Business & Industry, 13th Ed. She is the BCPE Outreach Chair and an active member of ASSP WISE (Women in Safety Excellence), IDSA (Industrial Design Society of America), and ASTM Standards Committees.
